Melbourne Airport, operations and infrastructure

I worked in airport operations and major infrastructure delivery across the Terminal 4 precinct and related landside access environments. Projects and precinct works included Terminal 4, Terminal 4 Car Park, and Airport Drive.

Operational incident management example:

As Ground Transport Manager in landside operations, I handled real-time transport disruptions and stakeholder issues. One example was the 2013 taxi rank blockade at Melbourne Airport linked to changes in the short-fare queue system, requiring contingency planning and on-ground coordination to maintain passenger flow.

Former founder chapter (archived)

Divorce Angel was a previous founder project and is no longer active. During that chapter, I published The Jelly Bean Jar and created the Divorce Angel Podcast, building a global audience from the ground up.
